This hotel's location is a major advantage, with its proximity to the lake and the center of the city. Guests can enjoy beautiful views and leisurely walks along the lake or explore the charming restaurants along the hillside. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a good kitchen and utilities, and the balconies offer a chance to soak in the stunning lake view. Additionally, the check-out process is smooth and there is a washing machine for personal use.
Some guests reported discomfort due to the quality of the beds and pillows, which could impact the overall comfort of the stay.

We didn't feel like leaving, the stay was amazing.
The apartment was new with an amazing view very close to centre, Zell am See restaurants along path in the hillside and the hillside where one can overlooks the lake in front. Appreciated the early check-in too. We appreciated the venue and its beautiful setting.

Enjoyed the beautiful lake view and peaceful location. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Special mention to Ms. Bettina for her helpfulness and warm personality.
Oh, just loved it when the staff charged me an extra 500 Euros without permission and no billing. Such a delightful surprise!

During our Christmas stay, we had a fantastic view of the scenic surroundings from our room. the location was ideal, just a short bus ride away from the main town and with breathtaking views of the lake. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had all the necessary utensils for cooking. We particularly enjoyed the generous balcony that allowed us to soak in the stunning scenery.
One minor drawback was the size of the parking stalls, which made it a bit challenging to fit our car in. the towels were only changed after four days and only because we had to throw them on the floor.

This stay is the best! Limited reception hours for safety, keycode to enter building, awesome view, very clean, good internet. Perfect location, no grocery stores nearby but that's okay. Say goodbye to bugs, hello to a better view.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The room at Berg- & Seeblick Pfefferbauer was cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and free toiletries. It had a warm and homely atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Some units even had a seating area and/or terrace, giving us a nice spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Zell am See.
One thing I liked less about our stay was that the seating area and terrace were not available in all the units. But hey, everyone has different preferences, and I'm sure some guests would still find enjoyment without them.

The penthouse had jaw-dropping high ceilings and a breathtaking lakeside view. The entire apartment was mind-blowingly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Although not 24-hour staffed, the key entry system and helpful staff made our stay super convenient. The location just outside the main town was perfect, with easy bus or taxi rides. The property, being only 3 years old, felt brand new and had a wonderful alpine feel. The hosts were very nice and the rooms had amazing views. Special thanks to Ms. Bettina for her warm and lively personality and for taking such good care of us. The free Zell-am-See Kaprun Card was a real treasure to have. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we had a truly memorable time.

Convenient location near the bus stop and nestled against the hillside, everything was great. It's a bit away from the city center 🚌.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the center but not too close to be bothered by the noise. It's also conveniently situated on the lake, offering breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped and better than my own home kitchen. Additionally, the staff, especially Monica and her family, are extremely welcoming and helpful.
The heater in the room could be better, and the pillows and blankets are not as comfortable as I would prefer.
